My 12 y/o started puberty?

Oh i started puberty a few years ago. It was horrible. I didnt wear a bra...humiliating! I would go out buy her a training bra and tell her to start wearing it. Yes you should talk to her that way when she starts her period she will feel comforatble telling you and if she has any questions let her know she can ask any...no judgement!
