Im looking for a formal dress that is within a reasonable price range?

i know it sounds funny, but you could always try Goodwill. my sister had seen a gorgeous green dress; it was a $500 dress and she got it at Goodwill for under 20 dollars. hows that for reasonable? theres always Debs too. they often have sales
