What should I name this story?

I wrote a story about two people who were in love, but one was afraid to admit it and the other just didn't realize it. In the end, they get back together. I called it Mend My Broken Heart because the one character thought his love was not returned. I'm writing a sequel now, and I need a title. The one character is still a little bit of a cutter, so a dark title would be good, preferably something with heart in the title.
