Can You Make Your Cat A LapCat?

i have a couple cats one is a lap cat the other isn't i have had both cats along time the boy cat very loving cat loves being on my lap the female loves the attention but not a lap cat i tried for long time so the best thing for you is keep petting your cat and letting her know how much you care about her and petting her as often as you can don't push the issue
