What is Dade Family Counseling Community Mental Health Center?

My psychiatrist recommended me to go that place. I heard there is PHP ( Partial Hospitalization Program, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, etc. I also heard there are spiritual psychologist in that place. What is Spiritual Psychologist? I find this interesting, cause I never once heard it before. Another question. Would people think I'm crazy If they find out I go to that place?
