How to mend a broken heart?

Im only 18 years old and have had two broken hearts. One by my 3O year old female teacher (which was annoying and cant get over it) also a 28 year old woman i met at a club, she was amazing, we kissed, but she had a partner and it destroyed me as she gave me false hopes. I'm a bit of a mess and dont know how to cope anymore :(
