How to mend a broken heart?

me and bf decided we cant be together in realcuz its hard due to circumstances but hes trying he said , his a little far from me. but he still want online contact etc. and he still try to interfere what i dress etc. but this is not the problem. the problem is how i mend my broken heart cuz we cant be together in real?
