How do i get over a "We need time"?

My girlfriend wanted us to take a break to situate her life... And somehow i feel like its my fault cause im a typical male you know but here's the things i've done wrong and i think this is why she said this (#1) I always talked about girls and how hot they were (#2) I always talked about like other girls like boobs you know... (#3) On a couple occasions i got drunk (#4) I always flirted with other girl. And here's the thing that scared me the most after she told me she need time to think she told me about what she needed to she said "I need to figure out my sexuality see if i need to go to CAPS and mend my heart and you need to work on all your problems lets give this all 3 months... It'll probably be earlier" Help me... I dont know if i should let go or hold on to her i've changed for the better but... She doesn't believe me.
